Stay True to Your Vision
When Episode first set out on its mission, we anchored it to the front page of our website… Episode dared to take a chance on brave unique startups and growing organizations to help document their visions.
The story of Episode after just a few short months has led to many amazing experiences, events, and introduced us to some very driven people in vastly different fields of industry. The surprise, is how fast word of mouth makes this all possible. Episode’s customers have been the key to the success far exceeding expectations. We are extremely thankful for customers who have introduced us to amazing other customers Large and Small, International as well as just down the road. Episode is forever in their gratitude.
So why is it important to stay true to your vision in business? For Episode, it has been the small influencers that have attracted the ears and eyes of the larger accounts we serve today. With startup clients who were relatively unknown when we meet them, such as, Bloke Barbers the Groomers of Fine Gentlemen, who have become a cultural movement in the West Island of Montreal. Berel Solomon, an advertising salesman who has become a Social Media Mogul seemingly overnight. And, JSU a Social Media Funnel Marketing Agency that is now on the top of the knowledge chain and go to firm for scaling enterprises. It is these accounts that have lead us to other accounts that now represent most of our repeat business and some of our key clients. Without their testimonials and unsolicited referrals Episode would not have half the success we have had to date.
For many who think of the small startup as too small for them as an account, Episode views them as new found treasures and a journey about to be told. Without startup’s as our sales team, Episode would not be serving some of its larger clients or fulfilling our own journey. Of course the quality of work being executed and the positive experience is also key to success in any business. But at the core it is the initial vision and its authenticity that gets everything everything rolling in the right direction.
Through this web of interconnected visions, it is with great pleasure we have committed to help The Montreal Alzheimer’s Association partner “A Night to Remember” with their efforts to raise awareness and fundraising efforts. We look forward to the journey as they look to scale a sustainable model from a micro-charity, to a mid sized organization with multiple-micro-charities working together to achieve their vision of helping families and loved ones with the needed services and support when afflicted with the fasted growing disease in North America. We could not be prouder to be a Gold Sponsor and help our new partner and supporters document the journey of their vision.
